• Offering facial analysis features (e.g., visualizing Tegen results)

2. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

1. Collected personal information is retained and used only for the period agreed upon by the user or as required by applicable laws. After that period, the information is deleted immediately.
2. Retention details:
   • Customer account management: Until the user terminates the service
   • E-commerce transaction records (e.g., orders, payments): Retained for 5 years under applicable law

3. Notice Regarding Facial Data Processing

The "AI Tegen Test" app uses facial analysis features. Facial data is processed as follows:

1. Face images are uploaded to Cloudinary only to generate a temporary URL.
2. The image file is automatically deleted immediately after the URL is created. No image data is stored in any database or long-term storage.
3. The generated URL is used once as part of a prompt sent to the Google Gemini API for analysis.
4. After the API request is completed, the URL is discarded and not retained.
5. Therefore, no facial data is collected, stored, or retained at any point beyond the single-use prompt.
