Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to prescribe the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between SERN. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and Users in connection with the use of the MarkeTracer service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
- Service: Refers to all functions and content provided to Users through the MarkeTracer mobile application and related websites offered by the Company.
- User: Refers to any person who uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- Member: Refers to a person who can continuously use the services provided by the Company by logging into the Service through a Google account, Apple account, or other methods provided by the Company.
- Content: Refers to all information, including but not limited to text, photos, videos, and audio, provided to Users within the Service.
- Paid Service: Refers collectively to content, features, and benefits provided by the Company for a fee, which may be offered on a subscription basis.
- Usage Period: Refers to the period from the date payment for a Paid Service is completed until the next billing date, during which the paid benefits provided by the Company are applicable.
- Recurring Payment: Refers to a payment method where charges are automatically processed at regular intervals using a payment method pre-registered by the User.
- Post: Refers to all information, including text, images, links, and comments, written and published by a User within the Service, such as in the Community.
- Community: Refers to interactive features provided by the Company within the Service, such as forums, comments, and follows, for the purpose of information sharing and communication among Users.
- User-Generated Content (UGC): Refers to content created or generated by Users, which is posted or submitted within the Service separately from the Company's pre-produced materials.
Article 3 (Display and Amendment of Terms)
- The Company shall post the content of these Terms on the initial screen of the Service so that Users can be aware of them.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations.
- If the Company amends the Terms, it shall announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment at least 7 days prior to the effective date within the Service. However, for significant changes, such as provisions that are unfavorable to the User or changes in the conditions of Paid Services, a grace period of at least 30 days will be provided. If such changes are required to be notified separately according to store policies, the notice may be provided through the respective store.
- The User has the right to disagree with the amended Terms and may suspend the use of the Service and terminate the user agreement before the effective date of the amended Terms. If the User continues to use the Service after the amended Terms take effect, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Terms.
Article 4 (Protection of Personal Information)
- The Company shall comply with relevant laws and the Company's Privacy Policy to protect the User's personal information.
